Construction And Application Of Environmental Performance Evaluation Index System Under The ’Two-Oriented Society’

Review the last10years, with the rapid growth of economic, various pollutionincidents occur one after one. The type and size of pollution, the extent ofenvironmental damage are all increasingly expanding. In the case of the emergency ofair, water and soil, our environment is facing an unprecedented crisis. Environmentalpollution and resource depletion result from traditional production methods severelyrestrict the sustainable development of economic and society. The high energyconsumption, high emission, high pollution under the excessive use of environmentrun counter to our goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendlymodern industry. Therefore, it will be an important guarantee to build aresource-saving and environment-friendly ecological civilization with the study ofenvironmental performance evaluation system, which is benefit for enterprise toactively participate in coordinating the relationship between value creation andenvironmental protection.Research on environmental performance evaluation system has been in fullswing carried out for years in foreign countries, but the development in China isextremely slow because of the detachment between current development of Chineseenterprises and China’s environmental situation, which led it complicated to theestablishment of Chinese enterprises in line with the characteristics of environmentalperformance evaluation system. On the basis of domestic and international researchand summarize of the environmental performance evaluation system, this paper givesa new definition of environmental performance evaluation system and build anenterprise environmental performance evaluation index system from green strategies,green financial activities, the green benefits in order to protect the environment andconserve resources. Finally, the paper uses AHP to filter indicator, and analyzes the application of the index system.
