| The detection of surfactants is an important basic research of food safetysystem. In this study, the method of detecting surfactants in food is explored by highperformance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry:1.The mothed of detection18kinds of surfactants by HPLC/MS/MS wasestablished in this experiment.First of all,we select C18column and set acetonitrile asa mobile phase.Second, the effects of the sensitivity about the formic acid content inmobile phase are investigated. It is discovered that the best formic acid content inmobile phase is0.1%.Once more, the experiments optimize the gradient elutionconditions of HPLC.The optimal elution conditions are as follows:10%A and90%Bwhen0-2min;30%A and70%B when2-4min;87%A and13%B when4-7min;90%Aand10%B when7-8min;10%A and90%B when8-12min.The detection limit of thismethod is2ng/ml, and the linear range is2ng/ml-400ng/ml.So this mothed can beused to detect the trace amount of variety of surfactants.2.18kinds of surfactants are detected in17kinds of detergents byHPLC-MS/MS.We find that the average content of detected nonionic surfactant indetergent is6.40%, which is the most. The detected anionic surfactant in detergent is5.78%.The average content of detected cationic surfactants in detergent is0.50%,which is the least. The detection limit of this method is2ng/mL.The RSD is between0.3-11.5%.This method is high sensitive and of good accuracy.3.The method of detecting18kinds of surfactants in steamed bun is reached byHPLC-MS/MS.The best conditions of solid-phase extraction for the researchingsurfactants in bread by orthogonal test are found.Extraction column is C18.Theextract is methanol.Extraction time is20minutes.Ultrasonic temperature is45℃.ThepH of extract is3.And the solid-liquid ratio of extraction is1:5.The average recoveryrate of this method is85.6%. RSD is between1-12.5%.This method is of highprecision and simple operation. So this method can provide a reference for the inspection and quarantine of steamed buns and other pastas.4.The feasibility of identification of waste oil is also studied.By optimizing theratio and velocity of extraction solvent.we get the best conditions for the use of gelchromatography to purify and enrich the surfactant in waste oil.The extraction solventis ethyl acetate-cyclohexane (V: V,1:1).The flow rate is4min/ml.Collection time is20-40min.The wavelength of UV detection is254nm. The recovery rate of thismothed is between84.1%-97.9%.RSD is between0.16-2.10%.This method is of highprecision and of good accuracy. It can provide a basis for identifying waste oil. |
