| Located in the southern tip of Ordos Basin, the Honghe Oilfield is one of the important exploration blocks of Sinopec Group, which has great development potential. In recent years, the exploration and development efficiency of Honghe oil field is low, the drilling penetration rate of conventional directional well and horizontal well is not high, with long drilling cycles and frequent downhole complicated conditions. Those problems are the bottlenecks of the technology development of this block over the years.Through surveying and analysing the formation characteristics of Honghe Oilfield, we studied on well bore structure optimization,PDC bit type selection, BHA and well track control, PDC and screw drill tool composite drilling technology, and drilling fluid system optimizing. We have determined three-open well structure type and the rock drillability limit by rock drillability experiments and acoustic experiments. We have also counted and analyzed PDC bits used in field and analyzed PDC bits selection by using principal components.the kinematics theory proves the screw drill tool and PDC composite drilling technique keeps higher rate than conventional drilling technology of penetration, we have optimized composite drilling optimized drilling fluid system aimed at two-open vertical section and oblique section of long open hole complex wells, which put forward a set of optimal and fast drilling technology for the prevention of accidents and improving the drilling speed. In the aspect of anti deflection and acceleration in vertical well section, we used composite drilling technology matched with PDC bits and screw drill, which solved field problems effectively.By the tests of horizontal wells optimized drilling technology in the Honghe oilfield,we summarized that the average mechanical drilling speed ratio increasing by8.78%compared with the adjacent horizontal wells in the equivalent condition and the average rate of drilling cycle is shortened by14%, which effectively improve the drilling efficiency, reducing drilling cost and speeding up the optimum horizontal well drilling technology in the oilfield development process. It has certain theoretical significance and use value. |
