It issynthesized by condensation of the active carbonyl functional group with amine.Due to itsspecial structure, Schiff base owns unique performance, good coordination chemistry propertyand subtle biological activity. Schiff base plays a very important role and applied extensivelyin coordination chemistry. Schiff base is used in antibacterial〠anticancerã€antitumorã€interaction with DNA and other biological activity as well as function material which causeswidespread concern in the scientific community. Two different Schiff bases were synthesized by salicylaldehyde reacting with2-amino-4-methylpyridine,2-methoxy-5-aminopyridine respectively. Five transition metalnitrate complexes of Cu(II)ã€Ni(II)ã€Zn(II)ã€Mn(II)ã€Co(II) were prepared by using the formertwo Schiff bases ligands and metal nitrate as central ions. Studied the reaction time andreaction temperature influencing on the yield of the product. All the synthetic compounds arecharacterized by infrared spectrum analysis (IR),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),X-single-crystal diffractometer.Sulfonylurea herbicides are characterized by high activity, broad-spectrum weed controlat very low use rates, very low acute and chronic animal toxicity and good cropselectivity. This article explores the important intermediate of sulfonylurea herbicides2-amino-4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidine synthesis scheme. The study determined the mostreasonable synthesis scheme which using malononitrile, methanol as a starting material, wassynthesized in three steps from intermediate-2-amino-4-dimethoxy pyrimidine.Studied thereaction solventã€reaction time and reaction temperature influencing on the yield of theproduct. One kind of Schiff bases ligands were synthesized by salicylaldehyde reacting with2-amino-4-dimethoxy pyrimidine. All the synthetic compounds are characterized by infraredspectrum analysis (IR), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), X-single-crystaldiffractometer,NMR spectrometer. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Schiff base, metal complexes, 2-amino-4-dimethoxy pyrimidine, salicylicaldehyde, 2-amino-4-methylpyridine, 2-methoxy-5-aminopyridine | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
