Because of poor ductility and large deformation resistance of High-strength steel,bring out a series of serious problems such as the broken and scratche of workpiece and thedamage to the mold. Therefore, this paper focuses on the problem of high strength, poorductility, easily broken when forming, studied using polymer film lubrication onstrength-steel deep forming process,combining finite element simulation and physicalexperiments to research deep forming process of friction and lubrication of the ultra-highstrength steel Docol1200M bumper beam.This paper describes the lubrication characteristics of polymer lubricant. introducesthe research status of polymer film lubrication at both home and abroad from three aspects,the mechanism of lubrication and friction, lubrication technology of polymer filmlubrication in material forming and friction research of polymer lubricating material.Firstly, sheet metal friction mechanical analysis is carried out to obtain the variation indeep-drawing process in this article. The antifriction properties and changes of the polymerfilm on drawing is studies to get the lubrication mechanism; Polymer film lubrication onhigh-strength steel arc ridge U-bend pieces and drawing pieces is carried out to get thelubrication process.Dynaform5.7is used to build up a model for the high-strength steel bumper beams forforming finite element analysis, to study the impact of the parameter of friction on FLD,blank flow, the effect of wall thickness,and distribution of strain path. Finally, by using thepolymer thin film lubrication on automotive front bumper beam forming, the results showthat the polymer film as vehicle front bumper beam forming the lubricant during thelubrication of the polymer film will be formed on the blank cover has a good lubrication,no lubrication failure phenomenon.The above research achievements have a high value in engineering, provideshigh-strength steel molding certain technical reference.
