| As welding technology, control technology and the development ofcomputer information technology, the digital welding system has becomethe study hotspot. This paper carried out the research on digital IGBTinverter welding machine work, design the digital welding inverter maincircuit and control system hardware and software part.First of all, according to the function requirement analysis, theoverall scheme of this system is designed. Among them, the power ofmain circuit adopts the FB-ZVS-PWM IGBT full bridge inverter topology,the input rectifier filter circuit, inverter circuit, output rectifier circuit.Main circuit was introduced in detail the working principle, parameterdesign and selection of components, and use the MATLAB simulation,verify the feasibility and rationality of the main circuit design.Then, the TMS320LF2407ADSP chip as the core of control systemwere designed. The DSP main complete welding of real-time acquisition,PI calculation and the generation of PWM waveform. On the structure,design of the relevant hardware circuit and control circuit. Design of thecontrol system of the peripheral circuit, including A/D conversion module,current sampling module, the arc voltage circuit, drive circuit, protectioncircuit, keyboard and display circuit, and adopts the hardwareanti-interference measures. In terms of control system software design,through the demand analysis, adopts the modular program design method,design the function of the main program flow, and each subroutine,mainly including arc, TIG welding control, PI control, PWM generationsubroutine and display subroutine driver subroutine, program structure isclear and easy to understand.Finally, to test and verify the rationality and feasibility of the design,based on the theoretical design and simulation experiment, and made theprototype and the related test. The actual test results show that thewelding system response speed, circuit is simple, reliable, efficient,system software and system anti-interference ability is strong, basically reached the design requirements. In this paper, the work for research andengineering application of the digital welding machine laid a goodfoundation. |
