| Corrugated paperboard cushioning structure is environment-friendly packagingmaterials and is made through slotting, indentation, folding, inserting and so on.Corrugated paperboard cushioning structure could absorb the energy of the productcaused by vibration and impact, and prolong the maintenance time of shock pulse.Corrugated paperboard cushion has valid buffering properties. Using paper liners toreplace the environment-harmful cushioning materials has become the trend ofmodern design, and it has a very important practical significance to study thecorrugated paperboard cushioning structure.The study took the water stewing package as the research object. In allusion tothe inadequacies of the original stewing package cushioning liner, a variety of newcushioning pad structures were designed based on the target of green packaging,simplifying processes, and reducing costs. The specific contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the cushioning mechanism of the corrugated board cushioningstructure was studied, and the critical load of corrugated board cushioning structurewas analyzed.(2)According to the feature of the stewing package,three new structures weredesigned and used vibration and drop models of the package were established-usingANSYS Workbench simulation software. The analysis of the vibration and drop ofthe packages based on the theory of forced vibration of the single degree freedomsystem and the theory of the drop shock of the nonlinearity package were conducted.The acceleration, stress, normal stress, deformation and the impact properties of thecushion pad were presented. The result of the vibration and drop test verified theaccuracy of the finite element model.(3)Compared the original cushion pad with the three new model pads on the baseof cost, technology and the cushioning performance and the preferred cushion padwas given. The results shows the new structure one and the new structure two havethe equivalent performance with the original structure and greatly reduce the cost ofthe packaging and the technology is relatively simple. New structure three is the bestin cushioning, and it reduce the cost and simplify the technology compared with theoriginal one. |
