At present, Daqing oil field come into later stage of development. Some chemicals areinjected into the formation, so that the surface active agent has been introduced, crude oil islikely to form emulsion liquid, make the post-process difficult. This paper mainly study theprocess of producing oil whether to form emulsion liquid. Using FLUENT software tosimulate the process of oil-well pump loading and ejecting. simulate the leakage of pumpclearance,and the high velocity that the crude oil flow through valve closure member.Ultimately determine various parts of the special velocity field in the crude oil productionprocess, To determine the relation between velocity and rotational speed. Applicate therotation speed in a lab and do the crude oil emulsification experiment. Use different shear rate,shear time to do the experiment and judge the shear rate and shear time affact on crude oilemulsion. Take the scene sample, observate under a microscope, and analysis the crude oilemulsion. Selected oil well in the field to test drug adding method. Determine the best methodto add drug. Verification by numerical simulation, laboratory test, field test analysis, duringthe exploitation of crude oil get the emulsion is formed, and wellhead adding drug wasidentified as the optimal method.
