Therefore, to evaluate the mine environment quality and to reveal mass index in mines and influence degree on development of mineral resources is necessary, and can provide some reference for mine enterprises and environment protection departments.According to environmental standards, this system studies environmental quality meet the standards of environmental protection departments to meet the environmental.Through study of the gray system, using gray system analysises and predicts trends based on existing data of mine environmental quality. Finally, a design meets the system requirements on the basis of TOPSIS, to conduct a comprehensive assessment of mine environmental quality.This system realizes adaptive grey prediction algorithm to draw out the change trend of mine environmental quality of each evaluation index, and provides reference for the prevention of environmental protection. According to the mine environmental assessment content and grey prediction information for comprehensive evaluation, through comprehensive evaluation model clearly shows the existence of pollution assessment scheme and the degree of pollution, to achieve the early warning effect.Mine environmental evaluation index system, evaluation model, prediction model and the comprehensive evaluation model, provides a quantitative means for the status of the mine environment. This System uses GIS technology to realize the visualization of mine landform and monitoring information; using the form data expression, realizes the monitoring data management and displays evaluation of information; using image, realizes visual representation of the monitoring condition and change trend.The practice of the system operation shows that this system is stable in property and can be good to meet demand of mine enterprises, improving work efficiency and reducing the cost of investment in environmental protection.
