| The storage of low rank coal in our country is very rich, most of them are used aspower fuel, it is not only a waste of resources, but also caused serious environmentalpollution. In recent years, the technology of developed rapidly in domestic andoverseas, at first, the feedstock of blast furnace is anthracite, after, is the anthracitecoal and low rank coal and other blending coal.In this paper, the raw materials are the low rank coal that came from Fuxin,Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia. Used a1.5kg small coke oven for600℃pyrolysis, canobtain semi-coke solid and tar liquid product. Respectively, discuss the feasibility ofraw coal, semi-coke coal and anthracite, semi-coke and anthracit blending coal asfeedstock of the blast furnace. Measured the adsorption capacity of semi-coke. Andhad a simple analysis on Wang Yingzi, Hulunbeier two coal tar. Experimental resultsshow that among the single coals, Wang Yingzi the coal’s explosion is the optimal,the returned flame length is40mm, and other indicators are better, it is suitable forblast furnace. Among the semi-cokes, Wang Yingzi semi-coke’s grindability index is67.33, burn rate is64.34percent, the ST of the ash melting point is1396℃, it is abetter feedstock for blast furnace. Among the blending coals, the scheme of3:3ShenMu and anthracite blending coal’s calorific value31.25MJ/kg, the grindabilityindex is42.62, burn rate is60.18percent, the ST of the ash melting point is1319℃, itworks best for blast furnace. Among the blending semi-cokes, the scheme of3:3Erdos1#semi-coke and scheme anthracite blending coal’s calorific value is30.46MJ/kg, the grindability index is52.67, the burn rate was60.14percent, the ST of the ashmelting point is1295℃, the explosion is very small, it is the best scheme for blastfurnace, From the viewpoint of energy use, semi-coke has a higher calorific value,grindability, ash melting point, from the viewpoint of safety, the explosion ofsemi-coke is good, it is an important guarantee for the production of industrial safety,compared with coal, semi-coke is more suitable for blast furnace. Semi-coke has acertain adsorption capacity, but the iodine adsorption and the methylene blueadsorption are not very satisfactory. The water content of Wang Yingzi andHulunbeier tar exceeding50percent,Before280℃, the content of tar are more than20percent, by GC-MS analysis, most of the tar is mainly light oil-based ingredients. |
