The offshore workover mainly marine workover rig, the equipment price ishigher, if the use of conventional ocean workover rig, operating costs will increasesubstantially. In addition to conventional ocean workover rig is focused on the design ofthe offshore platform, can well repair range is small, and the artificial island oil more,so conventional ocean workover rig for Yuedong oilfield artificial island in workoveroperation is greatly reduced. In addition, because Yuedong oilfield belongs to the offshoreoil field, the workover operation put forward higher requirements in terms oftechnology and safety and environmental protection, the onshore oilfield workovertechnology can not fully meet the requirements.This study mainly includes pipe matching and transportation, relates to themechanical design, intelligent calculation etc. This study helps to improvethe workover technology level and provides a new choice for the development ofoffshore workover technology under the new situation.
