The wax removal work is veryimportant content in the management of oil production engineering. The oil industrydevelopment so far, oil wax prevention technology has become more perfect, Paraffin methodis toward a more diverse and more targeted direction. How to choose a more suitable for waxremoval technology to solve the problem of oil well wax, has been the production engineerscontinue to research content,because the vast majority of cases are not using "ism" approach,the direct application of ready-made model.The scientific, effective, low cost and suitable forreservoir characteristics of paraffin way, often required for these technologies are combined orimprovement and innovation.In this paper, according to the Special oil properties in Moliqing oilfield high waxcontent, high solidification point, combined with the reservoir pressure is low, serious watersensitivity situation, focus on the oil wax stuck rules and mechanism.Through continuous testing and exploration field, realize the well stuck is not thetraditional sense of death caused by wax, have a certain relationship with crude oilsolidification, Through continuous testing and explore the scene, recognize the traditionalsense hard wax is not the cause of well stuck, have certain relations with the crude oilsolidification.While the focus of well washing is not well bore heat exchange of increasingthe temperature of molten wax, or a full cycle flooding out of the wellbore wax, instead ofusing the short cycle by relatively few Cleaning liquid, washing fluid to improve the waterwithin the wellbore and flow velocity, can achieve the purpose of preventing well stuck. Sothe study out smaller, segmented drip washing well technology, effectively solves the wellstuck, well washing frequently affect the yield of serious problems. On this basis, furtherusing the ground heat flow of water resources, the mixed water drip washing well technology,realize the automation and slow wash well well washing, for the row does not affect the yieldof coordination.Combined with the practical application of Moliqing oilfield, in-depth study of themagnetic and electromagnetic technology mechanism for wax prevention and anti wax andapplicable condition of the well; wax prevention technology chemistry, application effect andadvantages and disadvantages; analysis of the principle and application of mechanical paraffin removal, surface energy prevent the wax.Four kinds of downhole heating technology used at present, from the principle,technological characteristics, energy consumption, the failure rate, thermal effect, cost andother aspects of the respective advantages and disadvantages and adaptability, to provide areference for similar oilfield production choose matching technology.
