The Study On Drilling Technology Of Horizontal Well In Jilin Qianan Region

In this paper, due to reservoir is shallow, oil reserves are large, cultivated landarea is much and the conventional drilling technology is used difficultly in QianAn,shallow horizontal well drilling technology is researched. The research mainly containsmany key technologies in the drilloing process of QianAn shallow horizontal well,such as hole structure optimization design, drilling fluid optimization design, wellcompletion design. Finally, a set of drilling and well completion technology of QianAnshallow horizontal well is established. Because QianAn oilfield is located in the centraldepression area in southern songliao basin, in the above two well structure of Huaword well terrace, most oil field area is located in the arable land, most of the provenoil reserve can’t be developed by the conventional drilling technology. A part of thereservoir have been developed by the shallow directional well drilling technology, butthe development problem that reservoir is localed in the above300~500m still cannotbe solved. If the shallow horizontal well drilling technology is used, the shallowreservoir in the above300m would be developed. Thus, there is a positive impact forQianAn steady-yield and increase production. And field application has obtained theremarkable effect.With the deepening of the development and comprehensive adjustment in QianAnoilfield, and the success drilling of Rangping3, Rangping4and Qianan246well,QianAn oilfield shallow horizontal well drilling technology will be widely applied inJilin oilfield. It will not only produce good effect for providing the reasonable wellpattern layout and improving the oil recovery in old area, but also make a significantcontribution in oil and gas stimulation in Jilin oilfield. And a strong technical supportis provided for the sustainable development in Jilin oilfield.
