Along with the gas well exploit natural decline, pressure and production will havedifferent degree of decline,which will reduce the liquid carrying capacity of gas. When theliquid carrying capacity is insufficient to discharge gas well produced liquid,the liquid willexist in wellbore,which will produce bottom back pressure and cause production decline,andeven stop production. The liquid will influence on production capacity seriously because Jilinoilfield shallow gas wells belong to low pressure and low production. Therefore,it is veryimportant for production capacity to select reasonable drainage gas recovery technology andslow down the decline of production.This paper analyzed the usability of drainage gas recovery technology. The economicindicators are process cost,investment payback period and the shortest operation cycle. Thetechnical indicators are gas production rate,water rate and lifting efficiency. Then reasonabledrainage gas recovery technology for shallow gas well was screened out. Fine managementhas achieved “a gas well an analysis,a gas well a technology”. Gas well production wasincreased and the decline of production was slowed down because of using reasonabledrainage gas recovery technology in the shallow area. Ultimately,good economic benefit anddevelopment effect were acquired, which had great guiding significance for effectivelyexploiting shallow gas field.
