Calculate the thermal stress accurately is crucial to determine the stress intensity.This paper in the basis of outlines the fixed tube sheet heat exchangers’development andresearch in our country and abroad, in order to have more realistic and accurate simulate tothe stress of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger with expansion joint’s, using ANSYS foranalysis integrated model. Model is characterized by the presence of expansion jointequipment, tube plate of outlet in fluid tube is not doubles flanged, tube plate of inlet in tubefluid as both a flanged pipe plate. Consider the impact of temperature difference, analysis thetemperature field for whole heat exchanger first, receive a more complete temperaturedistribution, by analyzing the doubles flanged tube plate temperature’s distribution, verifythe ASME standard of "skin effect"; And obtained the whole heat exchanger’s thermal stresscaused by temperature values. Then combined into seven kinds of conditions likely to beencountered on the heat exchanger overall for strength analysis with mechanical load andthermal stress, extract the force results of tube sheet and expansion joint, and in the tube plateand expansion joint were selected six paths, the point on each path are being analysised ofstress intensity emphamized, Summarizes the various conditions of heat exchanger tube plateand expansion joint’s force law. Finally, verified the need of expansion joint in the whole setof heat exchanger, simulated local stress for on-ear supports connection with the heatexchanger shell.In this paper, use the finite element method analysis fixed tube sheet heat exchangerexpansion joint, analysises and summarizes the characteristics of its force in varieties ofoperating conditions, and the conclusions are consistent with other relevant standards andliteratures, account for the whole model established in this paper is correct. Through thispaper’s analysis and calculate, a large number of theoretical results obtained, for this type ofheat exchanger has a theoretical value of more in-depth study. |
