With the continuous expansion of the natural gas business, long-distance pipeline constructiontasks continue to increase, the chance for long-distance pipeline rivers, lakes, and buildings aremore than before, long-distance pipeline with horizontal directional drilling is more frequent.Horizontal directional drilling is the best construction methods and environmental protectionlandform.This paper analyzes and studies the joint control of the device, to improve the accuracy ofdirectional drilling and drill pipe of travel; study mud and supporting anti-lost device technologywhich can improve directional drilling expansion hole construction speed,and improve mudreuse,and reduce emissions mud, and the chance of environmental pollution, and mud costs;analysis hob rock reamer force to study rock reamer cone design and manufacturing, researchrepair holes and fisher principles and production.Meanwhile, this paper discuss the technology and supporting plant equipment, which canincrease the success rate and effectively reduce drill wear and improve the life of the rig, reducecosts, improve the profitability of project, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
