Nano composite coating performance is good, It has own unique advantages in improvingmaterial performance, especially by improving the material surface particle size to improve thewear-resisting, corrosion resistant performance. In the process of preparation Nano compositecoating, one or more of the following insoluble nanoparticles to join in composite platingsolution, make the total deposition of solid particles and metal ions to achieve. Usually, addingmost of the particles in the composite coating plating solution for micron orders of magnitude,although these particles has great contribution to the improvement of material performance,however, its far cannot satisfy the rapid development of industry of material continuously putforward new requirements. In order to solve the above problems, meet the needs of industrialproduction, the researchers add the order of magnitude of the nanoparticles to the preparation ofcomposite coating plating solution, by adding nanoparticles reach the purpose of improvingmaterial performance. With new methods, new technologies appear constantly, nanoparticleshave been extended to electroplating, electroless plating and the electric brush plating, so as toget a good performance of materials, the preparation of composite coating on hardness, wearresistance, corrosion performance, etc, to obtain a bigger breakthrough, more can adapt toindustrial development. With the rise of the oil industry in recent years is not short, thereliability of oil equipment also received the attention from all walks of life, how to improve theproduction efficiency, improve the reliability of oil equipment is also a research focus.Nanometer materials in various aspects to show the superior performance, in order to improveoil equipment reliability.This paper adopts the combined method of ultrasonic and electroplating, preparation of Ni-TiN composite coating. Through in-depth study of ultrasonic and the working mechanism ofelectroplating technology, sum up out in the preparation of Ni-important influence factors inthe process of TiN composite coating, and through the orthogonal experiment method,determine the optimum parameters of preparation of Ni-TiN composite coating; Second, byscanning electron microscope observation and important parts for oilfield surface morphologymicrostructure observed by electron microscope parts, with the result of orthogonal experimentverified; Then, on the part of microhardness, adhesion, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistanceand coating thickness were studied. The study found, through the combination of ultrasound and electroplating method of preparation of Ni-TiN composite coating, TiN particles achievednanometer order of magnitude, uniform distribution of TiN particles on the surface ofcomposite coating, at the same time, the method of preparation of composite coating with highmicrohardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistant performance is good, can greatlyimprove the parts surface performance, improve its service life.
