In recent years, environmental issues have been being gradually paid more attention to in industrial process. Containing hexanediamine and cycloheximide wastewater mainly from hexamethylenediamine production process, with high concentrations of alkaline, high toxicity and biochemical degradation difficult, is harm to environment and human health. Hexamethylenediamine and cycloheximide are important organic chemical raw materials, with higher value of the product, and resin adsorption process hexamethylenediamine wastewater can achieve effective treatment of wastewater and pollutant resources. Therefore, looking for ways to deal with the dual purpose of recycling and resource the resin adsorption processing technology will have significant social and environmental benefits. It also has a good guide for chemical companies to promote the social responsible care management. In the paper, the treatment of hexanediamine and cycloheximide wastewater with macroporous adsorption resin was studied. Static experiment showed that D113resin has adsorption proprieties to hexanediamine and cycloheximide, which hexanediamine adsorption efficiency reaches99%and cycloheximide adsorption efficiency reaches95%. Based on the research above, D113resin was used as adsorbent in the following research. Influence factors such as hexanediamine simulated wastewater concentration, pH, temperature, flow rate on adsorption and handling capacity on D113resin were systematicly investigated. Its optimum operation conditions are as follows:D113resin is10mL, wastewater pH is11.0, adsorption temperature is room temperature, adsorption flow rate is25mL h-1, optimal treatment capacity is100ml. Under the optimum operation conditions, Hexanediamine concentration is less30mg L-1in the adsorbed water and hexanediamine desorption efficiency is all above99%. Resin regeneration was carried out with combined adsorbent. Its optimum desorption conditions are as follows:15mLof2mol L-1of hydrochloric acid and35mL water are adsorbent, desorbent flow rate is10mL h-1, desorption temperture is40℃. Under the optimum desorption conditions, hexanediamine average desorption efficiency is99%. The adsorbed resin has been regenerated by hydrochloric acid with higher regeneration effect and its resolution is greater than85%. Field experiment showed that D113resin has performance stability and high mechanical strength and the treatment process is simple, easy to operate. The treatment wastewater reaches GB8978-1996.
