Medium density fiberboard production process consists of preparation, fiber separation, drying, sizing, pavement, cutting and other major processes, the press is one of the key processes of medium density fibreboard. The density of medium density fiberboard is formed in the hot pressing process, the main control object affects the section density of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing pressure, pressing speed and plate spacing and the moisture content is in the process of continuous hot pressing control. The accurate control of the process parameters of hot pressing process, according to the main parameters of hot pressing process intelligently adjusting the hot pressing cycle, is the final production of qualified products, an important measure for improving product quality and economic benefits.In this paper, on the basis of the study on the hot pressing process of medium density fiberboard, the profile density on this influence factor of MDF material properties, and the formation mechanism of decision factor and test method, the paper analyzes and summarizes the sheet metal VDP. The hot pressing process, the object is nonlinear and hysteresis, design pressure of fuzzy adaptive PID controller. The results show that, the robust adaptive fuzzy PID controller is better than a single PID control, the control precision is improved, and at the same time, less overshoot, oscillation weakened, high stability, has a very distinct advantage. By experiment, observation density profile curve, the fuzzy PID controller, can effectively adjust the hot pressing pressure, pressing plate to meet the quality requirements.Because of the lack of fuzzy controller exists, in order to improve the performance of the controller, the improved genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy controller, the design of medium density fiberboard hot pressing control system.
