| Abstract:After sandaozhuang mine area of Luanchuan Luomu Corporation transform from underground into open-pit mining, its development was restricted by underground goaf harm seriously, construct filling shaft by one time raise blasting and then fill gob area is a kind of measure to mange goaf. According to the technology of one time deep hole raise driving by cylinder cut blasting, in the conference foreign and domestic materials on one time raise driving and parallel cut, methods such as theory analysis, field test and numerical simulation were comprehensively used to confirm burn cut parameters of one time deep hole raise blasting, then the research results was applied to the one time raise blasting at sandaozhuang mine area of Luanchuan Luomu Corporation, and the main study achievements and innovation points of this paper were obtained as follows:(1) Based on the explosion crater theory of C. W. Livingston, a test method to confirm parameters of parallel cut blasting was provided, that is through observation hole&explosion crater test and lotiform explosion crater test, it could quantitative confirm the key blasting parameters such as interval length of charging hole, charge weight, stemming length and the layout of auxiliary hole.this test method is simple and practicable, and it provided a new way to confirm related parameters.(2) It’s necessary to consider compensation space problem while determine distance of cut hole,blasting sequence, tiny difference time and other blasting parameters. the blasting compensation coefficient must greater than the expansion coefficient of rock in same segmentation, the expansion coefficient of rock mass, which was obtained by explosion crater test, reached1.9, therefore, the blasting compensation coefficient must greater than1.9. and due to the size of crash block is large, the compensation coefficient of auxiliary hole and peripheral hole should greater than1.6.(3) Through the approach of LS-DYNA, burn cut blasting process of one time raise driving was simulated, and the numerical result shows: the shape of vallecular cavity is similar to lotiform, holes were blasted in turn, compensation space was enough, it validates that cut blasting parameters determined by explosion crater test is reasonable.(4) One time raise driving was success to implement at sandaozhuang mine area of Luanchuan Luomu Corporation, and the raise section is smooth with high blasting quality combined with the construct process of raise driving,same advises and measures are provided to control the drilling precision. |
