Sulfur dioxide emissions is China’s "twelfth five-year" is one of the most important task of main pollutant emission reduction. Promulgated by the state council in March2011, the12th five-year plan outline the sulfur dioxide as main pollutant total emission control in reducing the8%target. In December2011, the national "twelfth five-year" planning environmental protection have been published, in order to reach the target of8%, sulfur dioxide emissions by2010tons in22.678million to further reduce20.864million tons by2015.Therefore, sulfur dioxide emission reduction task is very difficult.Governance at home and abroad and the mature technology of sulfur dioxide flue gas is mainly used in coal, iron and steel industry. In recent years, with the development of aluminum industry, carbon industry petroleum coke in rotary kiln calcine process, the concentration of sulfur dioxide flue gas to1600-3000mg/Nm3. Direct emissions to the environment pollution is considerable.This thesis mainly for aluminium industry rapid development, in the process of pre-baked anode production, necessity and feasibility for petroleum coke calcining rotary kiln flue gas desulfurization is analyzed, and the petroleum coke calcining rotary kiln flue gas desulfurization process design, equipment selection, the determination of each index were studied, and the petroleum coke calcining rotary kiln flue gas desulfurization project in the process of the implementation of the overall planning, fund-raising, schedule management, civil construction, equipment installation, production preparation, commissioning and project risk management, to ensure that the system put into production on time.This system adopts the new method of ammonia-fat integration desulfurization technology, application of new type turbulent inverse spray absorber, high mass transfer efficiency, through the pH value control, SO2absorption rate is high, the equipment is advanced, does not produce secondary pollution, flue gas emission concentration is far lower than the national standard, for the first domestic comprehensive recycling method of carbon calcination flue gas. Using this method, not only eliminates harmful pollutants in the flue gas SO2, and recovery of a large number of valuable and non-renewable resources-sulfur and ammonium sulfate fertilizer product that is useful.Through the design and implementation of this system, for the same industry in the future of desulfurization groping in environmental work out a feasible technical scheme, and important management experience, the implementation of energy conservation and environmental protection work in the future, produce certain model significance.
