The change in politics and economy has effect on the purpose of lawmakers; thus, political and economic factors play a positive role in accelerating the development of landscape law system.By looking in to the process of China’s landscape lawmaking, based on the law, regulation, department law, this essay main discuss the relationship between landscape law system and the development of virescence, especially the positive guiding effect of such a law system towards the development.The example in this essay is taken from the development of Ningbo’s urban virescence project.
