In the environmental industry, air pollution is the key, and thermal power plants andsewage treatment is a top priority. Ministry of Environmental Protection in2011released "Thermal Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standards"(second draft) developed called theworld ’s most stringent emission standards. Denitration means of thermal power plantcurrently has four applications: Improved combustion NOx treatment technology, selectivecatalytic reduction (SCR) DeNOx, non-selective catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitration andSNCR/SCR mixing. Choose what kind of denitrification process in order to make the plantreached on the technical and economic optimum is a real problem facing the plant.This article describes the current research denitration engineering economic analysis, anoverview of the basic conditions for the implementation of the project Horseheaddenitrification plant, analyzed available horse power plants selected four denitrationtechnology principle and characteristics. In this paper describes the basic theoreticalknowledge of technical and economic analysis and evaluation, and application of thesetheoretical knowledge of economic analysis to determine the index system Horseheaddenitrification plant engineering technology, and through hierarchical analysis, economicanalysis indicators horse nitrate removal plant engineering techniques to determine weight.On the basis of various indicators of system analysis, the denitration technology for fourfuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results,indicating SCR technology works best suited horse power plants.
