The little environment of the mine was high temperature and humidity, endanger the health greatly. It was apt to cause the accident of the mine. It was a difficult point of the safety work of the mine. One of the effective settlement routes adopted insulation thermal coating. This subject chose becoming the membrane material of coating as insulating against heat of epoxy resin through imitated the actual operating mode environment. Through investigated insulation thermal performance of the coating and physical mechanical performance, chose cenosphere, resin balloon and hollow glass bead of pigment of the coating. to developed one can normal atmospheric temperature solidify, coating thickness relatively thin resisting permeance property, adhension, pliable and tough performance meet requirements for environment for use of the mine heat insulation coating.In order to improve the compatibility between cenosphere and resin, i we also discuss modified powder and its dispersion in coating. We mainly study the technical conditions of modified cenosphere powders With orthogonal tests, it is made sure that preferable modification was obtained at80℃,2h with the dosages of the agent6.0%.At present insulation thermal coating mainly adopted a single cenosphere in foot-path.We adopted different grain sizes of cenosphere among coating at the first time, to raise heat insulation performance to insulation thermal coating. The coating carry on systematic research to adopt the result of insulating against heat to determine the method, exchanges impedance and is able to bear chemical reagent to insulating against heat. The result shows: After3.5NaCl solution middle or the constant temperature of coating soaked30days, though the resistance of coating increases to slightly drop with soaking time, the value of electric capacity keeps indicating in1O-10.30F.cm-2the coating had good impervious performance. The coating can keep very good heat insulation result in30d, temperature has been keeping about at10.5℃all the time that insulation thermal coating of2mm thickness. After under insulated against heat in the coating and put different temperature environments, the heat insulation result of the coating basically had no change under50℃test conditions.
