It was reported that air pollution inside became one of the five kinds of environment factor which were seriously dangerous to people’s health. So the application of the "green environmentally friendly" material with sterilization will be greatly promising.The preparation and sterilizing characteristics of the nano-TiO2-chitosan film were studied. The results showed that the sterilizing ability of the film was preferable when the concentration of chitosan and the dosage of the N-doped TiO2was2-0.5%and1-0.2%wt, respectively. Under the visible light inside, compared with the ordinary nano-TiO2, the sterilizing ability of the N-doped TiO2film to E. coll. was higher, over99%within24hours. Compared with some other films such as styrene-acrylate emulsion, siloxane-acrylate latex, nano-TiO2-chitosan film sterilized rapidly, over85%in an hour, and had a wide range of sterilization.With the development of industry, the large quantity of wastewater contaminated by Cu2+will be serious threat to the environment. The result of treating it from Jilin and Shenzhen proved that penicillium mycelium adsorbent had the better adsorbent capacity for Cu2+,53.46mg/g at the initial concentration of120mg/g, and the better velocity of desorption, over85%in a minute. Candida dattila mycelium adsorbent was found to have an intense adsorbent ability for Pb2+in the experiments. Its adsorbent capacity reached44mg/g at the initial concentration of350mg/g, and increased by28%in the presence of Ca2+. The lower pH of the solution was, the better adsorbent capacity was.After a serial of intensity experiment, PU was found to make the adsorbent intensity increase by50%but the adsorbent capacity decrease by20%at the same time.
