Research On The Urban Land Ecological Security Evaluation For Optimal Use Of Land Resources

Since reform and opening-up30years ago, Chinese urbanization process continually accelerating。Beginning the inflection point that urbanization rate broke up30%in1996, now this record has more than50%and the rapid development will last more than10years in the future. With the development, a mass of construction activities and expansion behaviors appeared, development intensity of the land are increasing day and day. All of this broke up the ecological balance of the urban land ecosystem, and a series of urban ecological security problems appeared because of the unreasonable land use. So, research ecological security problem of urban land use is useful for government to make land development policy more scientifically and reasonably, and also useful for urban planning workers to make planning more meet the strategic requirement of sustainable development under the rapid urbanization background.This article used methods of weight counting and model analyzing to evaluate the ecological security of land use of Changsha tianxin economic&technical development zone that happened in different years, and extract the dominant factor that influence the ecological security situation through the information fed back by the evaluation result, and then optimize the original land use planning to improve the ecological security situation in the research area.There are four aspects of achievements for this article. First, this article has constructed the land use index system of ecological security for Changsha tianxin economic&technical development zone by researching the existing research, standards and the present situation in the study area. Second, the weight of Each evaluation index are measured by using various of Model analysis methods, and then gained a more objective land use ecological safety evaluation result. Third, the land use ecological safety evaluation result was analyzed and quantified carefully to gain a optimal schemes of land use in this article. Fourth, a deepening advise was made for how to safeguard the ecology security of land stably and continuously.
