| Castor oil has high use value, especially in the medical field. High purity is required for medical castor oil, that requires special squeeze facility. Due to its press temperature close to room temperature, the oil extracted from oil seeds by straight squeeze keeps good original ecological properties. The straight squeeze is one of the best ways to extract high purity oil from oil plants. The lack of research on straight squeeze for castor seeds led to the poor effect of current straight squeezer for squeezing castor seeds, so it has important significance to develop castor seeds straight squeezing technology.Aiming to design squeezing process parameters of multi-station straight squeezer, the castor seeds straight squeezing technology has been researched and multi-station straight squeezing process parameters were determined with the help of related apparatus in order to provide necessary basis for the design of automatic multi-station straight squeezing machine for castor seeds. The main research works have done as follows:1.The status of castor seeds in straight squeezer was analyzed. Based on the power compacting theory and one-dimensional compression consolidation theory, the solid mechanics model and oil liquid velocity model of oil crops were respectively established, and main impact factors of the models were analyzed;2.The relevant testing apparatus were designed, with which the experimental research of squeeze under different combinations of squeezing process parameters for castor seeds was conducted. The empirical model of oil yield was established, the main impact factors of oil yield was analyzed and the solid mechanics model of oil crops was verified;3.The castor seeds rheological model of straight squeeze was established with the data of relaxation test of the castor seeds straight squeeze. According to the rheological model, the stress-strain mathematical model was established, which describe the relationship of stress and strain in straight squeeze process, and the variation rule of stress in straight squeeze process was analyzed; 4.According to the principle of multi-station straight squeezer, stress-strain mathematical model and the solid mechanics model of castor seeds, the castor multi-station straight squeezing process parameters were extracted, which were verified by tests on multi-station straight squeezer;5.According to the extracted straight squeezing process parameters, the stress-strain mathematical model, rheological model and the principle of multi-station straight squeezer.The control function of multi-station straight squeezer was researched.To remember and judge the status of squeezing, the way of decimal encoding was presented. |
