The change of mine tunnel surface displacement is reflected in the most intuitive rock pressure. Monitoring the tunnel surface displacement in real time can grasp the pressure state of tunnel and support the tunnel timely to reduce the security risks in the production process. The coal mine tunnel is located under ground with harsh conditions, so that, data acquisition and transmission is extremely difficult. Based ZigBee tunnel surface displacement monitor for coal mine is designed responsing to the problems above.ZigBee-based tunnel surface displacement monitor for coal mine consists of the communications station, communication sub-stations and sensors. Sensors adopt ultrasonic ranging technology. Data for each cross section will be collected to be send to the communication sub-stations. Then, the data will be packaged and send to communication station by the CC2530which is the core of communication sub-station through the’linear’wireless communication network in the form of relay transmission. The STM32VET6as the core of communication is responsible for processing and storage the data from monitors at every cross section. The communication can also send the data to server through optical fiber at the same time.Communication sub-station possesses flash space for critical data storage and digital tube for the local address and data collection to display. These lead to local install easily. Communications station is equipped with5.0-inch LCD touch screen and a friendly interactive interface to achieve fast data query, synchronize system time, address assignment and so on, while communications station prossessing a huge FLASH memory capacity and USB interface, providing a large amount of data storage and forwarding functions.ZigBee-based tunnel surface displacement monitor for coal mine gathers the data acquisition, transmission and processing in one. Building a set of data acquisition and communication platform which is easy to install and simple to operate achieves a tunnel surface displacement dynamic monitoring. Throug the system to be tested, the results show that the system is stable and reliable measurement accuracy of industrial measurement requirements, possessing prospect application and secondary development value.
