| The orebody in Dading Mountain mine of SiChuan JinNing mining company is gently inclined medium thick orebody, and the mining method is sublevel caving method. The production scale of Dading Mountain mine and structure parameters of its mining method had greatly changed after the expansion renovation project. Due to unreasonable mining technics, mine production delayed, and it severely restricted the company development and the improvement of the economic efficiency.This paper depth analyzed the main problems of mining technics in the Dading Mountain mine. Combined with the characteristics of orebody, solving measures were made for the problems of medium length blasting design, blasting management and construction and cutting technology. For the hanging arch phenomenon in Dading Mountain mine and the lack of effective treatment measures, a new technology using the lateral inclined holes to deal with the hanging arch phenomenon was put forward for the first time. For the problem that footwall ore in the mine was serious loosed and depleted, this paper put forward a new plan that was using the footwall cutting rock combined with auxiliary mining entrance to mining footwall ore. Meanwhile, physical drawing simulation experiment made the conclusion for the first time that as for the sublevel caving method with large structural parameters for gently inclined orebody, ore recovery could be reasonable as long as the footwall was fully retreating mined. The experiment also proved that the adverse effects about the offset and overlap of the sectional route migration were not as significant as expected, and compared with the sublevel height transition plan, ore recovery of mining entrance space transition plan just reduced about4%. These results laid an important theoretical basis for the application of sublevel caving in the gently inclined orebody.Some reasonable mining technics which proposed in this paper had successfully tested and popularized in Dading Mountain mine. Practice had proved that reasonable mining technics greatly improved the recovery rate of ore mining, reduced the dilution and loss, improved the economic efficiency, slowed the production pressure and provided a valuable reference for the similar mines. |
