| Because of high crystallinity and orientation degree on flax fiber, hairiness of spinningyarn is more, which will reduce the quality and spinning of yarn, which led to the decrease ofthe product quality, so the new flax spinning technology is studied in order to solve thisproblem.This experiment selected flax and polyester as raw materials for the spinning, sirospunand ring spinning were conducted under the different conditions, and various properties thesirospun yarn and ring spinning yarn were analyzed and compared, which determined the flaxand polyester blended spinnability and get the optimal spinning process.According to the principle of sirospun, the traditional ring spinning frame is modified.We turn single bell mouth into double bell mouth with a roving interval of4mm, and conductthe parallel set of roving frame,which ensure the uniform stress, does not affect theexperimental results when the roving unwinding.In flax and polyester blending experiments, flax/polyester blending ratio was determinedto35/65,45/55,55/45through mechanical analysis. The spinning trials were carried on toselect the optimum blending ratio.Mechanical parameter was set in the entire spinning process. The parameters of openingand cleaning and drawing process were invariable, roving twist factor of roving process wasset to90,100and110, respectively, which was to compare the quality of yarn in the spinningprocess. Similarly, the yarn twist factor was set to450,500,550and600, respectively, inorder to spin better yarn in the sirospun and ring spinning process.In the experiment, the scope of spinning yarn was determined through multiple spinning.When the yarn counts were more than35.4tex, yarn is prone to break. And combined withthe yarn quality index, the yarn in sirospun yarn were determined to17.7tex,23.6tex,29.5tex.And the spinning yarn hairiness, the evenness, strength, breaking elongation were tested, theflax and polyester blending ratio was determined to55/45, roving twist factor was100, yarntwist factor was550, the quality of the yarn under23.6tex is better through analysis andcomparison. Finally, the better sirospun yarn was compared with the ring spinning yarn underthe same condition. the flax and polyester blended sirospun methed is better than that of ringspinning method through data and image analysis. |
