Therefore, focusing on the plain river network area ofWuhan circle water environmental protection plan of the research is of great significance.Water quality, water quantity and water ecosystem is the important content ofcurrent water environment planning and management, this article refers to the waterenvironment covers the basic concept of the above3aspects. Under this background, thewater environmental planning studies a period in the future the internal environmentalprotection goals and measures of overall arrangement and design. Protection planning ofwater environment have been developed to the systematic comprehensive planning froma single water resources and water pollution control, water quality management planning.This based upon water environment subsystem as the core, and closely related with othersubsystems into planning category, in order to ensure water quality standard, the waterecosystem health and the sustainable development of regional social economy.According to the plain river network of Wuhan circle, with low hills, downlandsunder three different landform characteristics of water environment, targeted water environmental protection countermeasures are put forward. Based on the research inview of the plain river network region of water environmental capacity and waterpollution control planning of the study, combining with the plain river network regionsystem, a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of water environment from planning,agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control of water pollutionprevention and control of land planning, river restoration and ecological constructionplanning, ecological restoration and landscape planning of water environment and waterresources protection and exploitation and utilization planning, monitoring andmanagement of water environment planning and so on six aspects contains waterresources, water environment and water ecological planning of the systematic,comprehensive environmental protection planning of water. With typical plain rivernetwork topography of QianJiang city as an example, according to the above aspects ofplanning measures of optimization, get the feasible overall planning of QianJiang waterenvironment protection plan, and reach the final comprehensive evaluation of planning,target accessibility analysis, so that it can be further established and perfected.Through empirical research, explore the plain river network region waterenvironment protection planning overall plan of choosing, raising suggestion of waterenvironmental planning for such areas in order to provide the valuable reference. |
