| As the increase of the exploitation mechanization degree along with our country’scoal mine, the dust coming from working face produces more and more seriousinfluence to worker’s healthy. The dust induced by coal mining, driving, transferringand transporting in the coal mine results in great harm to workers and safety production.As a means of mine dust control, Coal seam water plays an important role in reducingthe dust concentration, preventing the dust explosion and decreasing the incidence ofthe pneumoconiosis, however, the effect of coal seam water is not ideal due to thehydrophobicity of the mine dust., so a technical research of declining dust is urgent. Inthe research, we change the water-flooding parameters by different water pressure andadding a formula of surfactant and get suitable water pressure and formula of surfactantby contrasting of circumstance under the different parameters to the coal kind.In the experiment, we create a pressured vessel to provide a pressure environment.We get the experimental data by controlling the pressure in the pressured vessel whichis the same with controlling the water-flooding parameters.Carrying on an experiment in pure water to the coal with2.5MPaã€6MPa and10MPa, we can see that, the pressure is bigger neither the absorbing water of coal effectis better. The No.1coal kind under the condition of10MPa still could not reach to therequest, and the No.2coal kind under the condition of2.5MPa noting water effect hasalready satisfied the request. Under the pure water condition, water-flooding pressureparameters are not prevalent adjustability, so we need to carry on a pressure experimentto different coal to get the most suitable water pressure.Studying a formula of surfactant to change the surface tension of aqua and contactangle with coal becomes have to, because of that the effect of part coal is bad and couldnot reach certain moisture content under the high pressure condition.In the experiment, we select part of surfactant firstly. We filtrate the surfactant byobserving the fuse effect, the soakage time of coal powder in the aqua, the surfacetension of aqua and contact angle with coal finally we get the formula P1which canobviously improve the effect of coal seam water at low density bottom universally.We prepare a low density formula of surfactant aqua (0.05%) and make the coalsop up under the condition of2.5MPa. As the result we can see, three kinds of coal selected in the experiment absorbing water under low-pressure condition can attainsafety standard, namely that the function of the formula of surfactant is very obviousand have universal adaptability.Controlling of water pressure and adding the formula of surfactant can change theeffect of absorbing water. It is enough for the coal which absorb water effectiveabsorbing water in low pressure. Adding a little of formula of surfactant to the water canlower the pressure and noting water cost, and raise coal seam water efficiently for theother kinds of coal. |
