| Currently mines which associated oil shale at home and abroad,limited by miningtechnology and investment costs,often only coal mining not to oil shale betweencoal-seams timely,resulting in the destruction of the oil shale mining is bad to mine inthe future,and then resulting in waste and loss of useful minerals,even though mine oilshale in the future,the whole production system will must be rearranged,besides,bringing about seriously interfere with the existing system of coal production,investment costs,security risks and management will greatly increase the difficulty,mining technology also complex extremely. Therefore,the project research is proposed.For the case of Yilan the third mine in Heilongjiang which coal and oil shaleinterbedded symbiosis,through theoretical analysis,flac3D numerical simulation,similar material simulation and inndustrial test and other means,the feasibility study incoal and oil shale mining-joint,evaluate on the top coal caving mining (oil shale)cavability,simultaneously,study on the parameters of reasonable face length, cavingratio,caving step and so on in caving mining;Moreover,From the point of the designfor coal face to the ground transportation system and stoping process requirements,solve technical problems in aliquots of transport due to ensure that coal and oil shaleproduct phase,Achieved using a set of production equipment and systems,theassociated resources oil shale and coal sources are recoveried effectively at the sametime.This study not only promote the exploitation of oil shale mines associated oilshale,improve resource utilization,reduce oil shale alone back production costs, butalso increase mine reserves and extend the service life of the mine,would be of greatvalue to economic and social. Meanwhile, the associated exploitation of oil shaleresources, replacing part of conventional oil and gas,can ease the pressure on ourenergy. |
