Particulate matter pollution is an importantform of atmospheric pollution, it will do a big harm to our respiratory system, Alongwith the increase in the concentration of the particles in the air, the health of thehuman body will decline, so air particulate matter concentrations must be controlledwithin in a certain range, It also should take some methods to sample theconcentration of particulate matter.At present, there are many research methods of research methods in the domesticand foreign, this paper is based on the sampling principle of traditional particleconcentration and adopts a new method to sample the concentration of particulatematter. The main principle first is to use the Sample cutter to divide the particulatematter into two parts. Kinetics of diameter is more than10micrometers and less than10micrometers. Then particulate matter especially the particulate matter smallerthan10micrometers (PM10) which can be directly left on the membrane filterSecondly, the particulate matter should be weighed and the sampling volume shouldbe recorded, finally it gets the concentration of PM10particles, the this paper mainwork is as follows:1. The paper first analyzes the research status of particulate sampler, introduces therelevant mathematical parameters and the damage of the particulate matter forparticulate matter pollution phenomenon, puts forward the significance of particlessampler, at the same time, and based on the traditional air quality monitoring methodand the related theory of particulate matter analysis the paper proposes the generalresearch theory in this paper.2. The paper sets up the theoretical principle of atmospheric particulate matter samplerof the overall design parameters as well as the overall design by the theory, throughthe combination of the schematic circuit diagram and software flow chart, implementsthe particles sampler of the overall design of the hardware and software.From thedesign point of view, the main advantage of the sampler is in the air after cutting,using the venturi meter to measure the flow and adopting inverter to adjust motor design for forming a feedback control system, the sampling of the flow is stable, thisdesign is different form conventional orifice flow meter, it can adjust flow controlbetter and realize constant current sampling requirements.3.At last, the paper couples with a large number of laboratory sample data analysis,sampling data and the results relating to the whole process, and proves that thetheoretical research of the sampler scheme is feasible, which can meet therequirements of various performance indicators of sampling and have very strongpracticability. |
