Our country has large coal reserves and resources, meanwhile it is alsothe big country of energy produce in the world,but at the same time,China isa country with serious coal spontaneous combustion.The occurrence of coalspontaneous combustion is not only lead to the loss of coal resources,but alsocause more serious casualties accident. Therefore, we must do a good jobin mine coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control. Early predictionof coal spontaneous combustion is a crucial part to prevent the spontaneouscombustion of coal, coal spontaneous combustion process will produce a seriesof index gas, so we can accord to those changes to predict coal spontaneouscombustion, the early prediction is consequently the key link to determinethe index gases which can reflect coal spontaneous combustion state accuratelyand effectively.This paper selects a plurality of different metamorphic grade coal sample todo a series of experiment researchs. First of all,the combustion characteristic based parameters of kinds of coal are obtained through coal industrial analysisand elemental analysis, identifying tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal.Then throough temperature programmed oxidation experiment of different coalsamples and in-depth study the changes of gas produced in coal spontaneouscombustion process with temperature change, selecting the coal suitable indexgas of coal spontaneous combustion which can reflect the development processfrom the coal.And the selected gas prediction index is not all the same.Prediction index gases are selected too much,and in practice sometimes theindex gases show different and even opposite results,so we need to evaluatethe reliability of them. By using the method of gray correlation analysis, thedegree of association between each indication gas and temperature of coalspontaneous combustion oxidation is calculated to judge the reliability of indexgases.Finally this paper find out the relation degree of the correspondingindex of coal gas, the first three of all index of correlation degree areused as the preferred prediction index, which can be used to established perfectspontaneous combustion prediction index gas system for each kind of coal andimprove the accuracy of the prediction results.basing on this, the gas predictionindex for predicting coal spontaneous combustion can be more accurate andreliable.The occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion is affected by many factors,including the coal’s size, and the oxygen density and wind supply which allhave significant relations between each other, the paper chooses the coking coal metamorphic medium of variable parameters, by changing the coal particlesize, the oxygen density and the wind supply in order to study the influence ofthese parameters on the process of coal spontaneous combustion,this paper getthe change rule of oxidation gas products in the coal spontaneous combustionoxidation process with parameters changing.Through in-depth analysing thecauses of change, we could put forward corresponding prevention measures andreduce the likelihood of spontaneous combustion of coal.Combined with the coal spontaneous combustion optimized combustionprediction system and control measures which base on the research of the effectof different factors on coal spontaneous combustion, we can be more scientificand accurate to predict the state of spontaneous combustion, meanwhile it canreduce the likelihood of spontaneous combustion of coal and be more effectivelyto guide the coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing. It also hasimportant significance in the prevention and governance of coal spontaneouscombustion. |
