| With the rapid economic development, China’s water environment has beenseriously polluted, eutrophic lakes is an important manifestation of it. Noweutrophication control effect is not ideal, an urgent needs for an effective technologyfor the selection and evaluation of lake eutrophication control system to filter out theappropriate combination of technologies.This paper presents a comprehensive integration framework eutrophicationcontrol technique, control technique for the comprehensive integration ofeutrophication are defined, eutrophic lake control technique integration proposedconceptual model. Construction of lake eutrophication control technique conceptmodel library, constructed lakes pollutant abatement technologies library multi-levelmodel, and model library technology to classify different types according to therespective technology, different types of inductive storage, and material flow analysis.For the case of Dianchi Lake, by investigate social economy and analysis ofpollution sources of Dianchi Lake basin, the Dianchi lake watershed is divided intoten, and the water environment capacity of Dianchi Lake is calculated. This articlechose four types of lake eutrophic management technique, the sewage treatment plant,oxidation pond, constructed wetland, and ecological restoration technology. Forachieve targets of the environmental capacity under a class IV water quality target,optimize of the spatial distribution of the management technique, and most savemoney configuration of control technique is calculate through the cost-benefitanalysis.After optimization, the total reducing costs is29.823billion. The maximumreduction in the amount of sub-basin is the heavy pollution control zone off the coastof the North Shore, followed by a new off shore control area and west seagrasscatchment areas, the reductions respectively is702.61t/a,,313t/a,269.64t/a. Thebiggest reducing cost is the heavy pollution control zone off the coast of the NorthShore, followed by the west seagrass catchment areas, costs are14.19and6.099billion yuan. The reductions of sewage treatment plants, oxidation ponds, constructedwetlands, ecological restoration technology are1062.5t/a,455.63t/a,124.78t/a, 324.17t/a. The highest cost technique is sewage treatment plant at a cost of22.89billion yuan. |
