The main source of nitrogen oxide emissions are emissions from thermal powerplants and vehicle emissions, emissions from thermal power plants are relativelyconcentrated, has become a prime target for state control NOxemissions. Withincreasingly stringent national environmental policy, thermal power plant air pollutantemission standards, the newly enacted total emissions and emission concentrations areboth higher requirements, the implementation of the new charging system for thermalpower plants has also formed a great economic pressure, in this case, low nitrogentechnology will become mandatory thermal power plants.Technologies in a variety of low nitrogen, low NOxcombustion technology relieson thermal model can effectively reduce NOx, and, unlike selective ammoniadenitrification (Selective Catalytic Reduction, SCR) technology needs, such asongoing costs post-investment, the plant has become a lot choice. The disadvantageof low NOxburners is that it will affect the combustion characteristics oftransformation and change the boiler and air distribution solutions for boiler pressurecontrol system, temperature control system, and fuel control systems. Only furthercontrol optimization and debugging transformation for it to re-match with the existingsystem and make it better to play the role.This paper describes the low nitrogen reconstruction in Tianjin GuodianDongbeijiao Power Plant. The reconstruction of specific programs and content weredescribed. Through the data of the low-NOxburners and the final transformation ofthe test data, historical trends for further analysis, the data trends and problems weregot.For the operating conditions and problems, the optimal control system with datamining firstly. The next, a combustion optimization model was established bymeasuring device, and then mining screening. Finally, the optimal air and distributionprogram instructions were acquired. With the same logic optimization of DCS system,the main control logic architecture temperature DCS system, mainly the burning oftwo parts, an intelligent control system to optimize the parameters for the auxiliaryand correction, based on the safe operation of the unit to meet the re-match onimportant parameters, the boiler burner play low NOxcombustion at the same time asthe unit faster and better service.
