Analysis And Simulation Of Shearer Cutting Drum-Pick

From the current situation of China’s mineral products mining, mechanicalmining accounted for the major part, therefore also emerge as the times require avariety of mining machinery.Coal mine machinery in general is broken throughthe pick of ore,a great impact on the performance of cutting tooth on miningmachinery production capacity.Pick as a tooth shaped main coal mine machinerycutter,and plays an important role in the research and design of the picktruncation tooth play on the coal mine mechanical properties.This paper in the domestic and international relevant mining machinerycutter research status on the basis of the analysis,is widely used in miningmachinery of the pick truncation tooth studied. Based on the analysis of cuttingprocess in cutting pick cutting,the pick truncation tooth was analyzed in3Dmodeling and simulation, analysis of pick and head mounted,and the applicationof ADAMS to the shearer cutting unit carried out simulation analysis.Based on the pick shaped cutter cutting process analysis,the cutting processof cutting performance of cutting tooth geometry, passivation state, cuttinggroove shape,cutting speed, cutting depth and other factors are analyzed.Combined with the engineering practice,the design of three kinds of commonlyused in the production of pick shaped cutter,studied three different shapes ofteeth in the stress, strain,strain energy,safety coefficient distribution after loading,through comparative analysis,in engineering practice and the best in theproduction of tooth form determined.The shearer pick mounted gear and cutting were studied, focusing on theinfluence of cutting teeth of shearer working performance of the installationangle and other parameters,and through ANSYS modeling and Simulation of3Dmodel analysis,installation of the pickaxe shape truncation tooth and cutting headis the most suitable for55.,and the cross section the cutting head of the modalanalysis,the first six vibration cutting head,find out the factors related to thecutting vibration.The design of the cutting head of3D model into ADAMS,the designparameters are the X\Y direction;using ADAMS for the assembly of cutting head are flexible treatment.Through the simulation of mine ore on truncation toothforce,the dynamic performance of the cutting head of the correlation analysis,thecutting head vibration characteristics.To provide an important basis for theoverall design of the coal mining machine.
