Not only enhancing the recovery of the later stage of the production,CO2flooding also can be used as an effective substitute to solve the problems of the lowpermeability reservoir injection-production performance, energy supply and theeffective flooding. CO2flooding, which can increase the producing level of the lowpermeability reservoir, is an effective path to enhance the reservoir recovery. Thistechnology act on dependable and increased production. Improving the levelproduction of energy, it can put the evaluation of hypotonic and difficult reserve tohighly active use. On the base of the block evaluation, adopting the geologicalstatistics reservoir description software GridstatPro from Texaco Incorporated togeological model, adopting JEFRI full windows mercury high-pressure PVT analyzerfrom DBR of Canada to make the experiment of oil and gas properties and CO2ballooning, adopting the slim tube equipment to test the minimum miscibility pressureon the basis of the recommended approach from Yellig and Metcalfe, adopting theexperiment of long-core displacement device to compare the oil displacementefficiency, adopting the GEM software from CMG to research the history matchingand numerical simulation of the reservoir development, comparing the differentproposals of continuous gas injection and slug injection, we need optimizate thedesign of CO2miscible flooding, dynamic monitoring the strata pressure, fluidproperty, gas injection profile, gas-oil ratio, we make an appraisal of CO2floodingeffects ultimately by the method of reservoir engineering. The CO2flooding canimprove the recovery more than15percent, considering the CO2flooding experimentof Taizhou formation reservoir in Qingtong depression of the north Jiangsu basin.
