Copper/aluminum/stainless steel composite panel combines excellent thermalconductivity of copper and aluminum excellent thermal performance and corrosionresistant stainless steel and aesthetics, and take advantage of a smaller proportion ofaluminum cookware materials to meet the heat and weight restrictions requirements, sothat the three metallurgical bonding, the thermal resistance of the material is smaller,in order to better play the comprehensive advantages of the three. This material can bewidely used in electronics, instrumentation and many other areas. In this paper, thefinite element analysis software DEFORM rolling process with different thickness ratiosof copper/aluminum/stainless steel clad sheet numerical simulation analysis;experiments were prepared by rolling composite copper/aluminum/stainless steelthree-layer composite panels, exploring different rolling reduction ratio and tensilestrength, peel strength and stamping of the relationship; of different annealing processon the interfacial bonding mechanisms of composite sheets using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and other laboratory equipment, mechanical properties,microstructure morphology, the main draw the following conclusion: (1) By the finite element analysis software DEFORM copper/aluminum/stainlesssteel clad sheet rolling process numerical simulation analysis to determine the copper/aluminum/stainless steel composite panels optimum thickness ratio of1:1.2:0.8.(2) The use of copper/aluminum/stainless steel/stainless steel/aluminum/copperrolling six symmetry group feeding method, the yield composite sheet after rolling andflat degree much better than copper/aluminum/stainless steel triple asymmetric rollinggroups material way.(3) The tensile strength of copper/aluminum/stainless steel compound sheet andPeel strength increases with the reduction rate increases, maximum values are438MPaand45N/mm, respectively; Erichsen values of composite sheets with pressure increaseand decrease in the rate of and the maximum value is10.5mm. Tensile strength, Peelstrength of composite panel after annealing at350°C maximum,348MPa,43N/mmrespectively; composite panels the Erichsen values increase with annealing temperaturerise, but is less evident. After Composite sheet Tin coated base compound agent, tovarying degrees, improves the performance of composite panels. Composite sheetcoated with Sn-based coat can increase the performance of composite sheet.(4) The composite board annealing at400°C for1h or annealing at350°C for3h,Cu-Al intermetallic compound is generated with the interface, and an aluminum-stainless steel interface between the intermetallic compound is formed in time to thesame conditions as the thickness of the thin. Thermodynamic conditions between theCu-Al intermetallic compounds formed over the Fe-Al easy to achieve,and intermetalliccompounds is not conducive to the bonding strength of composite board.(5) According to the relationship after rolling composite panels tensile strength,peel strength and Erichsen value and the annealing temperature, time, and come rolledcopper/aluminum/stainless steel composite panels optimum process: rolling reductionrate of33.3%, annealing at350°C for1hour.
