Gloves is necessities for us to keep warm in winter, it is also said, glove with hats andscarves are most important items in cold winter. With the constant improvement of clothingcomfort requirements, the evaluation of comfortable with garment in different environmenthas become a important content for new product design and functional clothingdevelopment.Based on the200female hand size measurement and market visit investigation,different fabric and different fabrics structure and different design structure totally threegroups of twelve lady’s winter knitting warm gloves are selected as the research objects.Mainly carried on the warm comfort comprehensive evaluation of these gloves by usingthe methods of objective physical experiment, subjective evaluation, physiologicalexperiment and other data processing methods such as SPSS, fuzzy mathematicscomprehensive evaluation. The whole research process can be divided into the followingseveral aspects:There are many factors can influence the warm comfort of the winter knitting gloves,but choose the right size of gloves is the precondition. The research begin with themeasurement of200female college students hand sizes. Then selected the sample objectsand subjective test personnel according to these date, the structure and characteristics ofthe knitting gloves, also established a hand size table. In this way can make a targetedresearch, and fundamentally grasp the warm comfort of knitting gloves.As the fabric density, thickness, weight per unit area, warmth retention property,adiabatic rate and permeability index can affect the insulating warmth and stays of gloves,we should do the subjective and objective experiments to analyze and classify these factors.And by analyzing the subjective and objective experimental data and using SPSS software,to get the relationship between the various performance indicators and the influence of thewarm comfort of gloves.By collecting and recording testers physiological indexes such as skin temperature indifferent gloves with the help of multi-channel physiology recorder and infrared imaging spectrometer, and using the Lab Chart software to analyze data, then from the perspectiveof clothing physiology test getting a different style of gloves warm comfort ranking fromsuperiority to inferiority.According to the data of subjective and objective experiment, use the theory of fuzzymathematics, make the subjective and objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of knittedwarm winter gloves of warm comfort. Then combine the subjective evaluation results,make a warm comfort evaluation conclusion of various gloves.This paper measures the physical indicators to the specific impact on gloves warmcomfort, combined with the overall comfort of the subjective evaluation and physiologicalexperiment. In order to discuss a operational forecast and evaluation model for gloveswarm comfort evaluation, improve the efficiency of general gloves predicting andevaluating thermal comfort, provide a certain theoretical reference to design andmanufacture of winter knitting gloves. In this economic transition stage, perfect therelevant standard policy and evaluation method, can largely help textile manufacturingindustry to increase the products added value of science and technology, and enhance themarket competitiveness.
