Aluminum industry entered a rapid development stage, The application of aluminumplate and strip products has been widely to each department of national economy in China,Aluminum industry has become one of the pillar industries in China. In aluminumhot rolling production process, The reasonable rolling schedule is an important conditionto ensure accuracy and good stripshape, also an important guarantee for the productionprocess and low consumption and high efficiency. With the rapid development ofglobal industrial production, Production enterprises continuously improve the yield andquality ofaluminium strip requirements. Therefore, the rolling schedule has been unable tomeet the production needs of the traditional. Study on the rational optimization designhas important significance tosolve this problem.We study optimization design of rolling schedule four stand hot strip mill, Weestablished the mathematical model of the rolling force based on rolling theoryand various rolling parameters model. In order to improve the accuracy of rolling forceprediction, This paper presents a method which combined with the cuckoo algorithm andsupport vector machineto establish the model of rolling force.In order to construct supportvector machine network to predict the rolling force,the cuckoo algorithm is used tooptimize support vector machine penalty parameter and radial basis kernel functionparameter. To further improve the accuracy of rolling force prediction, themathematical model and the rolling force model is combined. Support vector machinenetwork is used to predict the rolling force difference, the rolling force value is equal tothe model calculation value and deviation values.Slipping phenomenon will happen in aluminium strip production process. Theslipping phenomenon can not guarantee the quality and output ofaluminum strip. Thispaper introduces Slip judgment ratio to judge the slip during the rolling process. And amulti-objective function with equal power margin and preventing the slip phenomenon isestablished.In the multi-objective function, reduction rate is selected as the decision variables In the process of rolling. The cuckoo algorithm is used to find theoptimal pressure ratio, which meet the objective function. the acquisition of a largenumber of rolling data offline simulation was based on a “1+4” aluminum strip rollingfactory. The results can be seen that this method has good preventing of slip, and it alsocan ensure residual power of each motors at similar degree.
