The Perforating bullet Shell, which is a cup-shaped substance, is the key part ofPerforating bullet. Its main material is the No.20steel with a characteristic of easy stretchingand its semifinished product is formed by stretching and extruding. In order to meet thetechnological demand of Perforating bullet, turning of the outer surface, boring and groovecutting will be needed.This research redevelops the technology program of automatic turning of Perforatingbullet, determines the process of production and processing, completes the overall design ofautomatic production line, calculates the beat of production line by using the balance principleof production line when processing time of each process is tested through experiments, anddetermines the equipment configuration schemes of production line according to productivityanalysis.This study analyzes the processing technology of automatic CNC Turning, developsprograms of positioning clamping, accomplishes the pre-processing and data analysis ofautomatic CNC Turning, chooses proper turning parameters to carry out turning experimentand develops the design of loading and unloading device.According to the processing technology and clamping program developed before, thisstudy designs and develops a set of automatic Lathe fixture which meets the processingdemand of the first and the second NC spindle. In order to ensure the reliability of clamp, thestudy first designs a simple clamp to test the feasibility of the clamping program and thenreform the current clamp according to the design program. After the processing experiment, itis sure that the clamping program is reliable.This study carries out the chip breaking test by using the No.20steel, organizes andcarries out the orthogonal test according to the orthogonal test principle. This orthogonal testdetermines the optimal combination of each factor of turning parameters according to directanalysis and variance analysis, and controls deviation to a certain extent. As a result, itprovides guidance for production and processing.The research findings is significant for optimizing the processing technology of the outer surface of Perforating bullet, improving the degree of automatic processing, ensuring thereliability of processing, increasing the productivity and can be applied in the entire industry.
