| With the offshore drilling development, more and more high-quality storage has beenutilized. So the undeveloped, inaccessible resources will be explotated and developed. Thelow permeability, ultra-low permeability gas fields occupy a pivotal position in our naturalgas reserves and distribution. Low permeability, ultra-low permeability gas fieldsdevelopment has become the main battlefield. Thus, declining operating costs has become animportant issue for the exploration and development of oil and gas fields. Single channel(MONOBORE) drilling and completion technology uses small size of the borehole, simplifiesthe wellbore structure and production strings design, completion operations do not take up rigtime, decrease drilling and completion costs. In this paper, the single-channel wells small holedrilling technology is researched by the following methods. Finished the drill pipeoptimization and trajectory optimization by study the optimization method, softwaresimulation and analysis, and the analysis of the application in ping X well. Compared theeffects of the different well killing methods by using the results wich are computed by theLandmark and Drillbench drilling softwares, and got the suitable well killing method.Analysed the performance of the drill fluid by laboratory test, and found the dispensation ofthe optimized drill fluid. |
