Supersonic Separator is an instrument which is based on the condensation occurred whengas flows through a Laval nozzle. Natural gas from the well is a multicomponent mixture, it’simportant to explore the natural gas flow and condensation performance in Laval nozzle andexplore the influence factors. The article will reveal the flow and condensation characteristicsof bi-component gas(methane-water and nitrogen-water)in Laval nozzle based on gasdynamics, fluid mechanics and numerical heat transfer theory. At first condensation theory is adopted to build the numerical modle of pure water vapor. This modle is achieved with the help of FLUENT software. By comparing with theexperimental data from former paper, the validity of the modle is comfirmed. Then the numerical modle of bi-component gas is build on the foundation of the formermodle, also it is compared with former paper and with a good affect. Then the condensationparameters are compared between the N2-steam and CH4-steam, which shows that as forCH4-steam, the Willson point is far from the throat. Also the condensation of CH4-steam hasa lager nucleation rate, lager droplet radius, larger droplet number and larger humidity. At last the influence of different inlet pressure, different inlet temperature and differentwater vapor content on condense flow is explored. As the inlet water vapor raised, the Willsonpoint gets closer to the throat, the droplet number and nucleation rate get smaller, the dropletradius get lager. As the inlet pressure raised, the Willson point gets closer to the throat, thedroplet number and nucleation rate get smaller, the droplet radius get lager. Changing in watercontent shares the same condition with the pressure situation. As the inlet temperature raised, the Willson point gets far from the throat, the droplet number and nucleation rate get lager, the droplet radius get smaller.
