In recent years the coal chemical industry for nitrogenous fertilizer enterpriseaccidents, but the industry environmental risk special studies are not much, therefore, this paper on the basis of environmental risk assessment theory andmethod, typical to coal nitrogen process environmental risk analysis, so as to theenterprise’s environmental risk management to provide a scientific, operationalguidance, and then for the coal chemical industry for nitrogenous fertilizerenterprise location and surrounding land use planning to provide basis for decisionmaking. In this study, starting from the analysis of coal chemical system for productionof nitrogen fertilizer business process, risk identification through material to findout the production, during storage and transport of environmental risk factors, sources of risk analysis, filtering and calculation; in determining the largest sourceof environmental risk consequences of the accident risk assessment on the basis ofquantitative methods, semi-lethal concentration range of pollutants of which thedelineation of the accident, dangerous concentration of regional and short-termexposure concentration range, and further to calculate the value of risk values andhealth risks, analysis risk to an acceptable level; identify the source of risk, riskprevention and control measures, risk mitigation and relief measures for theconsequences of the accident.Research conclusions: coal chemical fertilizer technology for risk factor forcarbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, methanol, formaldehyde, ammonia, liquidammonia tank leakage accident; environmental risk maximum credible accident;liquid ammonia tank surrounding800m range is a resident area; leakage of liquidammonia tank risk value of1.472×10-6/a, to acceptable levels; the project area thelargest adult health risk value was0.12×10-6/a, children’s maximum health riskvalue was0.2610-6/a, acceptable; from the source to control the risk, avoid the riskof accidents, in the event of an accident to take reasonable measures to reduce therisk of the effect is that the most effective way.The present study for the first time through scientific calculation of coalchemical business nitrogenous fertilizer enterprise risk prevention for a distance 800m, for similar project risk evaluation and provide reference information.
