With the progress in blast furnace smelting technology,all of the smelting processsuperiority gradually emerged by Bell-less top. On this basis,Some scholars have studied onbell-less top fabric system has been a lot of analysis and research at home and abroad. Ourcountry introduction bell-less technology,with the improvement of technology,the bell-lesstop operation technology has gradually matured.In order to exact charging,improving gas utilization ratio and reducing the cost of hotmetal under the2#blast furnace stable situation. In this paper,with study on Shan Steel2#BF,such as:batch weight,Factors affecting has been analyzed such as:particle size,gas drag andchute speed.According to Shaanxi Steel2#BF actual situation of production,the equations ofburden distribution has been listed by site investigation and data collection,the date from of2#BF is putted into the equations of burden distribution and calculate,Shan Steel2#BFcharging have Uneven particle,powder and more features. The conclusions can be made asfollows by theoretical calculations and analysis:1) The actual production data is putted into the equations of burden distribution andcalculate,n(charging pile tip to the center of the furnace roar distance) can be calculated,when chute inclination α=37°,h=2.3m,n=3.96m,charging will collide with the furnace walloccurs,Suitable stockline ranges should be h=1.2~1.6m;2) By calculating the critical ore batch weight W0=34.2t,batch weight and batchweight characteristic number DK can be drawn. In the actual production,batch weight can notbelow w0. Basis on raw material conditions,batch weight and batch weight characteristic number DK figure,batch weight ranges should be50~57t;3) Basis on Shan Steel2#BF raw material conditions,By way of O↓C↓Chargingsystem can be used,the edge of the gas flow properly is developed,combined center pluscoke,help stabilize the furnace conditions to ensure anterograde.
