| Amorphous alloy has high strength, low density, good corrosion resistance and otherproperties, it has played an important role in the aspects of light weight of aerospace andocean transportation tools now, especially Al-Re-TM. The excellent corrosion ofamorphous Al-Ce-Fe and Al-Ce-Ni alloys has become the focus of investigatorsconcerning. So,Exploring the effect of crystallization mechanism to the corrosionperformance of amorphous, helps to understand the nature of amorphous, and provideimportant guidance for the development of amorphous.In this dissertation, the amorphous ribbons of Al88Ce8Fe4and Al88Ce8Ni4wereprepared by the melt-spin method. The amorphous structures of Al88Ce8Fe4and Al88Ce8Ni4alloys were characterized by XRD and TEM. The annealing temperature of Al88Ce8Fe4andAl88Ce8Ni4alloys were confirmed by DSC. Under the protection of argon gas, the heattreatment of amorphous alloys Al88Ce8Fe4and Al88Ce8Ni4were conducted by usingdifferent annealing temperature and annealing time. After heat treatment the phase, profile,hardness of alloys were tested by XRD, SEM and microhardness tester separately. At last,the electrochemical methods were tested separately in acidic and neutral NaCl solution.The results show that:(1) the amorphous Al88Ce8Fe4alloy has twice crystallizationand its first crystallization is the main. The first annealing temperature is300℃, the firstannealing peak is309℃, the second annealing temperature is365℃, and the secondannealing peak is376℃. With the growing of temperature, the phase of fcc-Al, Al4Ce,Al11Ce3and AlFe3are fallen out from Al88Ce8Fe4.(2) The amorphous alloy Al88Ce8Ni4hastwice crystallization and its second crystallization is the main. The first annealingtemperature is245℃, the first annealing peak is263℃, the second annealing temperatureis330℃, and the second annealing peak is349℃. With the growing of temperature, thephase of AlCeNi, Al4Ce, AlCe and fcc-Al are fallen out from Al88Ce8Ni4.(3) The hardnessof amorphous Al88Ce8Fe4and Al88Ce8Fe4alloys were tested before and after annealingtreatment. The hardness is about HV220before annealing treatment. The hardness increases significantly after annealing treatment. The highest hardness of Al88Ce8Fe4isHV358.2, and the highest hardness of Al88Ce8Ni4is HV320.5.(4) In the neutral NaClsolution, the optimum conditions for the corrosion property of amorphous Al88Ce8Fe4alloyare annealing treatment temperature of304℃and holding time of1hours. The optimumconditions for the corrosion property of amorphous Al88Ce8Ni4alloy are annealingtreatment temperature of250℃and holding time of5hour. In the acidic NaCl solution, theoptimum conditions for the corrosion property of amorphous Al88Ce8Fe4alloy areannealing treatment temperature of304℃and holding time of1hour. The optimumconditions for the corrosion property of amorphous Al88Ce8Ni4alloy are annealingtreatment temperature of250℃and holding time of5hour.(5) With the increasing ofannealing treatment temperature, the corrosion property of amorphous Al88Ce8Fe4andAl88Ce8Ni4alloys are reducing gradually. The corrosion propertiey of amorphous alloys inneutral solution is better than in acidic solution. |
