Fruit and vegetable are second only to food crops in the world. China has the rich plant resources offruit and vegetable and a long history. It is the birthplace of much fruit and vegetables in the world. Withthe improvement of national living standard, the growing demand for fruit and vegetable for people isbecoming more and more larger. The quality and safety’s requirements of fruit and vegetable is alsobecoming more and more higher. In recent years, food safety problem has attracted unprecedentedattention. Exquisite packaging, quality and safety of fruit and vegetable are also welcome to consumers.In order to improve the packing speed and quality of fruit and vegetable, it is necessary to research anddevelop automatic packaging machinery to package fruit and vegetable.For domestic fruit and vegetable packaging mechanization’s low level and the unsatisfactorypackaging issues, we make automatic packaging strategy through in-depth study of the characteristics ofautomatic packaging of fruits and vegetables and design rational and efficient executive body to finishthe design of body and control’s system based on packaging strategy.The project is to realize the fruits,vegetables and other products for automated packaging of packaging machinery with the research andanalysis of existing packaging machine technology. The development of the fruit and vegetableautomated packaging machine is a multi-disciplinary set of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, air,light, etc. in one complex structure, high technology, can maximize the quality and accuracy of thepackaging effectively overcome fruits, vegetables by hand packing slow, unstable quality shortcomings,improving production efficiency, while significantly reducing costs, improving market competitiveness.In this paper, we give a brief overview of basic institutions about the basic workflow of fruits andvegetables automatic packaging machines. Four servo motor axes are designed, which can be controlledby the film feeding, feed axis, vertical axis traction seal, seal the shaft end of fruits and vegetables fourservo automatic packaging machine. With the programmable controller as the core of the control systemwere basedly designed, a simple and feasible interactive interface also be designed. After thetemperature of fruit and vegetable packaging machine automatic control theory are briefly outlined, wefocus on a single neuron PID control algorithm in the fruit and vegetable packing machine automatictemperature control system.The results from the application perspective shows that the single neuronPID control algorithm in its temperature control systems have achieved good results, which makes the error preset temperature and the actual temperature keep within a small range.Finally, We develop a fruit and vegetable synchronous compensator control system forsynchronous multi-axis control of fruit and vegetable automatic packaging machines and make use ofthe classical PID control algorithm and neural network PID control algorithm which compares twocontrol algorithms out of the step response curve. Fruit and vegetable packing machine eventuallycomes automatically synchronize the optimal control strategy for neural network PID control strategy.
