Objective:Study a simple,economical, efficient extraction process of triter-penoids from poria peel. It will be made Poria triterpenoids dripping pill preparation and study its pharmacodynamics. To provide the basis for scientific applications of poria peel.Methods:To optimize the extraction process of triterpenoids from poria peel by CCD methodology. Then through CCD method to determine the optimized Poria triterpenoids dropping pills molding process.To establish the quality control method and study the stability of dropping pills. To explore the preventive effect of dropping pills on carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury in mice.Results:The optimal conditions of Poria triterpenoids extraction process were70%ethanol,30min for reflux,10-fold solvent for extraction, extracted twice.The best prescription was Poria triterpenoids dropping pills as:drug content of30%, PEG4000was28%, PEG6000was42%, Tween-80was7%; The Dropping pills’stability index did not change significantly by accelerated test and room temperature test,dropping pills have obvious protective effect on CCl4-induced liver injury in mice.Conclusion:It is convenient and highly predictive for optimizing the extraction process of poria peel. The process of prescription and preparing method can meet quality requirements. On the basis of quality standards of Poria triterpenoids existing, the quality standards for dropping pills is forwarded at the first. Good stability with dropping pills, make Poria triterpenoids better play the role of its efficacy.
